Premier Conferance Weekend Predictions
4/16/2015

BIRCH CLIFF @ RONCESVALLES

They look to be two totally different teams from their previous state in 2014. Birchcliff is brimming with confidence and is on the rise. Roncesvalles is trying to hold on to their dominance after losing their MVP Derek Young.

Hitting - Greg Majster needs to be patient. Smith and Wesson. Nuff said.
Edge-Bears

Pitching - Callaghan good for 5. It falls apart after that. Wesson and Stoner should cruise.
Edge-Bears

Fielding- Majster plays like a champ. He needs help though. Bears are gritty in the Field.
Slight Edge- Ronci.

Betting Line
Bears -2

LESLIEVILLE @ NORTH YORK

New life is injected early into the Masons after they handled Cliffside last game. Leslie Ville barely got by Roncesvalles but are still figured to do well this season. The Brickies walk into their old stomping grounds at Earl Haig.

Hitting - key hits by the Masons not named Leth and Loat will help. Snow should hit his first homer on Saturday.
Edge - Leslieville

Pitching - look out for Matt Kowall. He has added 10 more pitches to his Arsenault.  If the Masons Josh and Tim show up then all bets are off.
Slight Edge - Leslieville.

Fielding - Rocky Parejo is gunning for Fielder of the Year after he made the catch of the year in his last game. Lest we forget NY's Rob Leth has 2 FOY awards sitting in his panic room.
Edge- Even

Betting line
Brickies - 2

CLIFFSIDE @ BELLWOODS

Bellwoods finally gets to play a game in the Premier conference. Will they be nervous? Not at the Dip. Cliffside is still trying to figure things out after a 5-0 loss to the Masons. The second game for superstar Ashley Allison will be far more productive.

Hitting - Bellwood's will grind it out and get key hits all game. Cliffside will do the same and then some.

Slight Edge - Cliffside

Pitching - Rob Sanfrancesco "Treat" will make sure to eat his Rice a Roni before game time. He and Gino will sling it. Who knows how Bellwoods will fair. Leon and Andreas will need to be crafty
Edge - Cliffside

Fielding - The confines of the Dip are very tricky. The trees, the concrete and a little bit of grass are very well known to Bellwood's. That's the difference.

Edge - Bellwoods

Betting line
Cliffside -1

BEACH DUSTER @ SAINTS

Will St. Clair lose it's second game in a row to start the season? Not likely. They are ready to roll after a tough test against the Bears whereas the Dusters forfeited their first game and haven't swung a bat in a year. Currently a very large chip has been placed on their shoulders.

Hitting - St.Clair are supposed to be the best team at the plate but you wouldn't know it after their last game. Look for Steve DiRenzo to go off on Sunday. It will take a couple games before the Dusters can get to where they want to be at the plate.
Edge - St Clair

Pitching - if Jack and Chris' arms can hold up then they have a chance. For the Saints it's the Joel "ya heard" and Matty Ice show. So tough. So very tough
Edge - St.Clair

Fielding - T-Bone looked like a chicken with its head cut off in his last game, where as every Duster is a Kevin Pillar in the outfield.
Edge - Beaches

Betting line
St.Clair -3
